Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on <br /> revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, <br /> or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, <br /> and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> E. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> K <br />.4 <br />
