Retention <br /> basins shall be fenced with six(6)foot high chain link fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 <br /> inches or more. Required retention basin capacity for entire site shall be calculated by a registered civil <br /> engineer, licensed contractor or licensed architect prior to release of Building Permit. A storm water soil loss prevention plats designed specifically for the construction phase of the proposed <br /> project and conforming to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System(NPDES) General Permit <br /> for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activity(General Permit)shall be submitted for <br /> review and approval prior to building permit release. The plan shall cover the prevention of soil loss <br /> through storm water run-off, erosion of sedimentation and/or dust/particulate matter air pollution. <br /> 8. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction.Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> 9. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time <br /> of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 10. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 11. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito &Vector Control District <br /> (209-982-4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes. Best <br /> Management Practices(BMP) guidelines for stormwater devices, ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (ii-) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of permit <br /> issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements(Title 9, Chapter 9-1605) <br /> and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23)that are inTorce at the time of permit <br /> issuance.
