LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> The land referred to is in the unincorporated area of the County of San Joaquin, <br /> State of California, and is described as follows: <br /> The North forty (40) acres of the West one-half(%i) of the Northwest one-quarter <br /> ( 1/a) of Section Twenty-Three (23), Township Four (4) North, Range Seven (7) <br /> East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian. <br /> Together with the Westerly forty (40) feet of the adjacent property to the East <br /> (APN 017-260-02) as approved January 23, 1984 as a lot line adjustment totaling <br /> 1.3 acres. <br /> The property to the East is described as the West half of the North forty five (45) <br /> acres of the East one-half(1/z) of the Northwest one-quarter (1/a) of Section Twenty- <br /> Three (23) Township Four (4) North, Range Seven (7) East, Mount Diablo Base <br /> and Meridian. <br /> Save and excepting the 2 acre Homesite beginning at the Northwest corner of <br /> Section Twenty-Three (23), Township Four (4)North, Range Seven (7) East, <br /> Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, and running thence East 436 feet along the <br /> North Line of said Section; thence running South parallel to the West Section line <br /> 200 feet; thence West parallel to the North Section line 436 feet to the Western <br /> boundary of the Section; thence North 200 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> SUBJECT to the right of egress and ingress over the West 20 feet. <br /> The total parcel contains 39.3 acres. <br /> APN 017-260-30 <br />
