SURFACE AND SUBSURFACE CONTAMINATION REPORT <br /> APN 007-37-14, being a portion of the southwest quarter of Section 14, TAN. R.7E., M.D.B. & <br /> M., San Joaquin County, California. <br /> Proposed subdividision as Parcels 1,2,3 & 4 and a remainder as shown on attached Tentative <br /> Map. Zoning is AL-5. <br /> The remainder is 20 Acres. <br /> OWNER: Bachana Singh, POB 1071, Lockford, Ca. 95237 <br /> Situs Address:11019 E. Peltier Road., Acampo, Ca. <br /> Tax Rate Area: 099016 <br /> Area: 39.78 Ac. <br /> HISTORY OF PARCEL: <br /> The parcel was a vineyard until grape vines and grape stakes cleared and row crops planted. <br /> Two wells exist on the parcel. Both wells are at the entrance and within 10' of the property line, <br /> sW p oono. ec c power to tre wells has been terminated. Twq st cturga.existed until <br /> both were destro b fire. S hotographs No.1 and 2 dated May 5, 1999). The requirement <br /> for t us report is found in The Development Title, San Joaquin County, in Section 9-905.12. <br /> Use Description: Agricultural <br /> FIELD INSPECTION: <br /> On May 18, 1999 a field review of the proposed parcels was made. Photographs of the existing <br /> conditions and present agricultural use are shown. There was no evidence found to indicate point <br /> or non-point contamination. There are approximately 25 debris piles between Peltier Road and <br /> Gill Creek. The remains of the fire are still present. A concrete basement room is approximately <br /> '/2 full of water and debris. The debris piles may be burned in place by permit. The metallic and <br /> plastic items must be disposed of at the proper land fill. The existing septic system is to be <br /> abandoned by permit. <br /> RECORDSSEARCH <br /> The Environmental Health Division records were checked on May 25, 1999 for contaminated <br /> sites in close proximity to the site. A dairy site at 12997 E. Peltier Road was listed. The <br /> Agricultural Commissioner's Office was unable to locate files for the names listed. (See <br /> attachment from Agricultural Commissioner's Office) The Township and Range were furnished <br /> also with the owner's name. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> The research and field observations as of this date indicate the proposed parcels 1-4 are not <br /> affected by any of the following: <br /> 2. <br />
