PARCEL DATA: <br /> APN 007-370-14 Size 40 Acres. The south %2 of this 40 acre parcel was subdivided by MS 99- <br /> 14. SR0026351 (Soil Suitability study) and was approved August 13, 2001 by EHD. No <br /> Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report was required. Currently the north % (20 acres) is to be <br /> subdivided into 4 lots. (5 acres each). An access road has been completed to serve all parcels. <br /> PERCOLATION TEST SUMMARY <br /> The percolation tests were conducted in accordance with the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department regulations/ordinances and Letter,Policy for Percolation Test Procedure, <br /> with effective date of April 25, 2002. A total of 19 holes were drilled by a tracked drill rig. <br /> Because of inclement weather the testing was completed on two separate dates. On Feb. 21 Anna <br /> Mosher, REHS,was present for the required readings on Parcel 1 and 2. On Feb. 27 Lisa <br /> Medina, SR.REHS, was present for the required readings on Parcel3r and 4 Both Environmental <br /> Health Specialists are employed by the Environmental Health Department of San Joaquin County. <br /> The testing reports are included and the results are satisfactory. <br /> Earnest F.
