Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submit three 3 sets of detailed kennel construction plans to the Environmental Health <br /> ( ) <br /> Department for review prior to construction. The Environmental Health Department has <br /> specific requirements of kennel construction. A plan check fee of$230 is due at the time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. A manure management plan shall be submitted for approval to the Environmental Health <br /> De artment. The number of animals per acre shall be consistent with the appropriate waste <br /> . R <br /> management practices. A review fee of$230 is applicable at the time of submittal. <br /> Compliance with San Joaquin County Development Title 5, and the California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 15, Article 6 shall be addressed in the manure <br /> management plan. <br /> C. Kennels are subject to a yearly permit, a fee and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> ii <br /> D. All liquid and solid wastes and vector problems associated with this kennel operation are to be <br /> retained on the premises so as not to cause a nuisance or a health problem. Any complaints <br /> that are verified against this site will be charged the Environmental Health Department hourly <br /> rate of$115 for response and correction, as per the Board of Supervisor's Resolution B-92- <br /> 1'591. <br />
