The stock pond is empty. No cattle are present. RECORDS SEARCH: The Environmental Health Records were checked with the following results: No records found. (See report attached) The list of contaminated sites at the EHD office lists a site at 12997 E. Peltier Rd. This site is the Silva Bros. Dairy. RECOMMENDATION: The observations and research as listed above indicate the parcels on the Tentative Parcel Map are not known to be affected by any of the following: Chemical or hazardous waste Sub-surface construction Point or non-Point contamination. The proposed use of the subject property when developed in accordance with San Joaquin County Standards and Ordinances is not expected to cause any health hazards.
