CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-94-30 <br /> Edward Pestana <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be complied with prior to the approval <br /> of the Parcel Map. <br /> This approval will expire three years from the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been compiled with and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor's <br /> Office. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on <br /> Ordinance requirements. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 shall contain at least five acres gross (Development Trtle Section <br /> 9-610.2). Parcel sizes shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> I <br /> b. The minimum width of Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 shall be 200 feet (Development Title Section <br /> 9-610,4). Parcel widths shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> C. Provisions for storm water drainage on Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 shall be consistent with <br /> Section 9-1135.9 of the Development Title. <br /> i <br /> d. Future development on the parcels shall be consistent with the requirements of the <br /> County's Tree Preservation Ordinance. (Development Title Section 9-1505) j <br /> 2.
