Peltier Rd. Application Number MS-94-30. As <br /> a adjacent landowner;.I vivant to raise my concerns about the effect this or foure development would <br /> have on the current natural drainage from these parcels onto surrounding properties. Since I have <br /> owned this property, 12012 E. Peltier RD.,there have been no drainage problems-even during <br /> periods of heavy rainfall. <br /> I'm requesting that a stipulation be placed requiring that the applicant and all subsequent owners be <br /> required to maintain current drainage patterns.
