SOILS (cont)
SW corner Parcel 1 .
The Soils Study indicates that the soil type for this area is
Exeter Sandy Loam .
Typically, the surface layer and the upper part of the subsoil is a
dark brown and brown sandy loam. The central part is a brown sandy
clay loam and loam. The lower part is a brown indurated hardpan.
CONCLUSIONS
Based on the test results , and the performance of other septic sys-
tems in the area , it is my opinion that the subject parcels are suit-
able for use of the proposed septic systems .
Since the depth to groundwater is 1301 +' based on San Joaquin County ' s
I

semi-annual groundwater report, and the maximum depth of pits is 25r '
per San Joaquin County ordinance , the
proposd pits will be well above
the groundwater elevation . i
Based on the above information, the proposed septic systems should
a
not adversly affect the groundwater in the area .
I
WATER WELL ANALYSTS
Currently, there is no functioning well on the property. The water
sample was taken from a domestic stic well easterly of parcel 4.
i
i
J
Test Results :
DBCP (ug/L) NO3 (mg/L)
i
` ND 24
The test results are below the State ' s standards .
i
i
i
i
i
pestana
