Peltier Rd., Acampo December 19, 2016 <br /> Continuation of Condition A: <br /> • Threshold quantities of regulated substances stored onsite - California Accidental <br /> Release Prevention (CaIARP) Program <br /> B. If an underground storage tank (UST) system will be installed, a permit is required to be <br /> submitted to, and approved by, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) before any UST installation work can begin. Additionally, an EHD <br /> permit to operate the UST is required once the UST system in installed. <br /> C. If 1,320 gallons or more of petroleum is to be stored aboveground then a Spill Prevention, <br /> Countermeasures and Control (SPCC) Plan is required. If any amount of petroleum is to <br /> be stored in a below grade vault, an SPCC plan is required. <br />
