Bender Road Lodi, CA 95240 Acampo, CA 95220 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A Site Approval application to construct a small winery in three phases over ten years with thirty marketing events per year with a maximum attendance of 150 people per marketing event. Phase 1 includes the construction of a 9,550 square foot multipurpose winery building to include a tasting room, office, lab, case, tank and barrel storage. Phase 2 includes the construction of a 7,500 square foot production building. Phase 3 includes the construction of a 7,500 square foot production building. This parcel is under a Williamson Act contract. The property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum)and the General Plan designation is A/G (General Agriculture). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of Peltier Road, 3,470 feet east of Lower Sacramento Road, Acampo. (APN/Address: 013-150-31; 2900 E. Peltier Road, Acampo) (Supervisorial District 4) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than November 21, 2012- Comments or recommendations received after that date will not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application.
