Bender Road <br /> Acampo, CA 95220 <br /> We have the following concerns regarding the proposed M2 Winery at 2900 E Peltier Rd application <br /> number: PA-1200200(SA). <br /> Lillian Lauchland's residence,2963 E Peltier Rd,is right across the road from the proposed winery west <br /> driveway which means that the headlights of vehicles leaving the winery using this driveway would shine <br /> directly into the front bedroom and living room windows. The enlarged site plan doesn't show her house, <br /> but indicates that the proposed winery driveway is across from vineyard. THIS DRIVEWAY SHOULD BE <br /> ELIMINATED. <br /> Also the winery proposed front parking lot has 20 parking stalls that face north towards her home and <br /> should have a positive glare screen/sound wall. Why can't the front parking lot be placed closer the <br /> winery buildings? For that matter why can't the entire winery be placed further back on this property. <br /> This property is zoned AG-40(General Agriculture,40-acre minimum)and the General Plan designation <br /> is A/G(General Agriculture).
