State law requires that land use within <br /> STOCKTON, airport areas of influence must conform to the Airport Land Use Plan(ALUP). <br /> TRACY, <br /> AND <br /> THE COUNTY OF The lot line adjustment application located at (APN/Address: 005-170-11; 4031 E. Peltier <br /> SAN JOAQUIN Road, Acampo)falls within the Horizontal Zone of the Lodi Lind's Airport's Area of Influence. The <br /> criterion in the ALUP does not apply to a Iot line adjustment. However, for future reference, few <br /> restrictions are necessary for projects that fall within this zone. All proposed projects must adhere to <br /> the standards outlined in the 1993 amended Airport Land Use Plan. The standards pertinent to these <br /> zones for all development include, but are not limited,to the following: <br /> ➢ The use of non-reflective materials,;transmissions, and visual distractions topilots; <br /> ➢ Residential uses are permitted if insulated to reduce interior noise to a level no higher than 45 dB; <br /> ➢ An avigation easement is recorded in favor of the Airport Operator; and, <br /> ➢ Proposed schools that are to be located within a 2-mile radius of an airport must undergo a review <br /> by Caltrans Division of Aeronautics and the State Department of Education. <br /> In addition,the property owner should be aware of the potential need to file FAA Form 7460- <br /> 1 entitled Notice of Proposed Construction or Alteration.
