1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of a 39.4 acre parcel located at <br /> 4330 W. Peltier Road, Lodi, CA. The subject parcel Assessor's Parcel Number is 013-020-01. 0, J <br /> The project is in an agricultural community and the existing parcel-is zoned AG-40. <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to split a 39.4 acre parcel into <br /> one 35.4 acre parcel and one 4 acre parcel. In accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title,this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report(SSCR) is being <br /> submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or historical <br /> environmental contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and county <br /> records. The <br /> owner was interviewed on June 15, 2011. Andy Alexander has owned the subject parcel for <br /> 10}years. The land use has not changed under his ownership. 2_ J� <br /> Presently the property includes a vineyard and a residence. The surrounding properties to the <br /> j north, south, and east are used for agricultural purposes. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 4 <br /> 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records <br /> researched at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on June 22, 2011 (see <br /> appendix for results). An onsite survey was performed on June 15, 2011 by Ed Krager of <br /> Dillon&Murphy. The owner was interviewed on June 15, 2011 by Joe Murphy of <br /> • Dillon& Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's underground <br /> storage tank site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject parcel (see C3.2�3.3 <br /> appendix). A search for U.S.T./L.U.S.T sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded no <br /> findings. Research was performed on the subject site as required by County regulations. <br /> r 1"� <br /> 3.2 Description of All Past On-Site Potential and/or Known Above and Below Ground <br /> Sources of Contamination Identified at the Project Site: Past on-site potentials for <br /> t contamination are low. The property has been used for agricultural purposes for more than <br /> 10 years. Historically the vineyards have been treated with Divron, Simazine,Paraquate, to 6,&) <br /> name a few of the chemicals used. (See per-nit number 3997274-0000 for all pesticides <br /> used at the project site, located in Appendix). Historically there have been no underground <br /> ' s storage tanks.
