UP-92-26 OF ANGELO & TERESA <br /> ZAZZARINO, (C/O JOSE ALVA) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This application is a proposal for a truck terminal on 2 acres of <br /> a 4 acre parcel. The site is located on the south side of <br /> Peltier Road, 600 feet east of the State Route 99 off ramp, north <br /> of Lodi. This item is being processed pursuant to the 1995 <br /> General Plan. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above <br /> application and offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance <br /> of any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2 ) all necessary bu4iding permits have been secured and remain <br /> '_n force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based. on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1 . Development Services <br /> a. An office is required and shall be shown on the <br /> improvement plan. <br /> b. The proposed 30-foot wide driveway shall be expanded to <br /> a minimum of thirty-five (35) feet wide and a maximum <br /> of forty (40) feet wide.
