Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator <br /> and discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. This system must be designed by a registered engineer. If the <br /> above ground holding facility had to be emptied you first would have to analyze <br /> the contents for any hazardous material. You can obtain specific test <br /> requirements from the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must register with County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> C.
