Conditions of approval for MS-99-04 <br /> 22.04 Applicant shall make application to operate a public water system as provided by Title 22,CCR. <br /> Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year,or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under <br /> the provisions of Title 22,CR,will be required by the Environmental Health Division and San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br /> 102.04 The applicant must register with the <br /> County Office of Emergency Services,and comply with the applicable requirements of the <br /> Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act, Stated in the California Health and Safety Code. Contact <br /> the State Water Resources Control Board,Central Valley Region 5,at(916)255-3000 for <br /> Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act requirements. <br /> 102.05 Waste oil is stored on site in an above ground storage tank. The applicant must obtain an EPA <br /> identification number and comply with all applicable portions of the California Health and Safety <br /> Code,and Title 22,California Code of regulations(CCR), including Title 22, sections 66262.34 <br /> (labeling of hazardous waste....),and 66265.173(a)(keeping containers of hazardous waste <br /> closed....). <br /> 22.05 Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system(s)including the hose <br /> connected to the hydropneumatic tank;California Code of Regulation,Title 17,Section 7603. <br />
