Findings for this project have been provided in
the body of the report and are listed in the conclusions.
_ Once an on-site septic disposal field is constructed on the property, it is important that the
owner understand the system will require routine maintenance and should be at a minimum
checked once a year. Pumping of the tank may be necessary upon inspection. Access to the
disposal system for service equipment should be maintained. A septic system operates by
utilizing micro organisms to consume waste products. Household chemicals, paints, or mineral
salts from a water softener and/or pool back flushing should be kept out of the septic systems.
These substances are harmful to the necessary organisms. Positive drainage away from the
disposal fields should be maintained for the life of the systems.
We appreciate the opportunity of working with you on this project and look forward to providing
our services in the future. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
NEIL O.
