Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> and plant processing waste usage must be performed prior to issuance of building permit as <br /> required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate <br /> loading study is required and a review fee of$ 435.00, effective August 1, 2000, must be <br /> paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required, <br /> effective August 1, 2000. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permits. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1115.7). <br /> C.
