Phase 1 includes the construction of one 6,720 square foot green house building and one 3,360 square foot <br /> greenhouse building. Phase 2 includes the construction of four green houses, each consisting of 3,360 square feet, an 8,062 <br /> square foot work room, a 1,020 square foot maintenance shop addition, a 1,200 square foot maintenance shop addition and a <br /> 400 square foot irrigation building. Phase 2 also includes a sign modification request to modify the maximum permitted height <br /> requirement for a monument sign from six feet to ten feet and modify the maximum permitted sign area from 60 square feet <br /> to 80 square feet. This parcel is under a Williamson Act contract.
