Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance Code Section 5- <br /> 3003). <br /> b. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least <br /> 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required <br /> by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section <br /> 5-4100. <br /> 0 <br /> C. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system(s); California <br /> Code of Regulation, Title 17, Section 7603. <br /> d. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through,a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engineer. If the above ground holding <br /> facility had to be emptied you first would have to analyze the contents for any hazardous <br /> material. You can obtain specific test requirements from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> e.
