Peltier Road, Acampo <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> Submit a revised tentative map showing the location of the existing wells & <br /> sewage disposal areas on both parcels, including the grease trap for the old <br /> labor camp. <br /> A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> c. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> j Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Final <br /> Map. Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> d. n parcels #1 construction of an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. <br /> ic <br /> G. The irrigation well on parcel #1 must be repaired under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division as follows: Eliminate the cross <br /> connection on the discharge line by creating an air gap twice the diameter of <br /> the pipe over the stand pipe or install an approval backflow device. <br /> Ik- Repair the existing grease trap, on parcel #1 under a sanitation permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division.
