Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> RE: MS-91-81 <br /> Whitney Minor Subdivision <br /> Lodi Linds Airport <br /> Dear Mr. St. Sure: <br /> Thank you for submitting the above-referenced proposal to the San Joaquin County Airport <br /> Land Use Commission for review and comment. State law requires land uses within airport <br /> areas of influence to conform with the Airport Land Use Plan. <br /> The proposed Minor Subdivision is located approximately 6,000 feet southeast of the 11-29 <br /> (main) runway of Lodi Linds Airport. This location falls within the Conical and Horizontal <br /> Imaginary Surfaces. While the property is outside the high noise 60dB CNEL contours, it is <br /> right under the approach flight path.
