LAND USE CONSISTENCY REVIEW The project site is located within the Lodi Airport's (AIA), and pursuant to the State Aeronautics Act (Public Utilities Code Section 21676), the project is subject to a Consistency Determination by the San Joaquin County ALUC. This project includes a Permit application to allow the existing winery to be expanded within the next five years. The project is located east of SR99 on the north side of Peltier Rd., within the unincorporated lands of San Joaquin County, APN 005-260-42. The land uses proposed with the expansion are compatible with the 2009 ALUCP Zones for Lodi Airport. The following are standards and project design conditions specific to compliance with the. ALUCP and should be carried through as conditions of approval on the Site Plan: This is not a mitigation request. These are project design conditions that are required as part of compliance with the 2009 ALUCP: 1. New land uses that may cause visual, electronic, or increased bird strike hazards to aircraft in flight shall not be permitted within any airport's influence area. Specific characteristics to be avoided include: - Glare or distracting lights which could be mistaken for airport lights. Reflective materials are not permitted to be used in structures or signs (excluding traffic directing signs); - Sources of dust, steam, or smoke which may impair pilot visibility;
