(Development Title Section 9-1075.5[a]). <br /> f. WINE TASTING: The maximum size of the area designated for wine tasting room structure or an <br /> area designated for wine tasting within a multipurpose building at an on-site wine cellar shall not <br /> exceed thirty percent (30%)of the area designated for production facilities or two thousand (2,000) <br /> square feet whichever is greater. <br /> g. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[e]) <br /> 2. -A-minimum of five (5) parking spaces shall be provided, including one van accessible space. <br /> Accessible spaces shall be located as close-as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., <br /> Title 24). (2.5 parking spaces are required per 1,000 spare feet of wine tasting building.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> 3. Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide and <br /> twenty(20)feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> 4. A total of 100 additional parking spaces shall be„provided for marketing events. <br /> 5. Parking for marketing events shall be located on a maintained grass area„to ensure a dust- <br /> free surface. <br /> 6. Prepare and record a declaration of intent to impose a perpetual nonexclusive easement <br /> for ingress, egress, access and parking of pedestrians and vehicular traffic across a <br /> portion of Parcel 005-26043 for the benefit of Parcel 005-260-42. <br /> j. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> 1. Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25)feet for two-way aisles <br /> and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated <br /> as fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide.
