Peltier Road Acampo, CA 95220 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A Revision of Approved Action application to revise condition of approval 1.b. for an existing small winery to increase the number of marketing events from the previously approved two per year to thirty-two per year, and increase the number of people per marketing event from the previously approved 100 to 300 people per marketing event. Twenty-eight marketing events are proposed for a maximum of 50 attendees and four marketing events are proposed for a maximum of 300 attendees. Outdoor and indoor amplified sound are proposed at the marketing events. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General Agriculture). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the north side of Peltier Road, 1,100 feet west of Dustin Road, northeast of Lodi. (APN/Address: 005-260-42 &43/7099 E. Peltier Road, Acampo) (Supervisorial District 4) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: if you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than February 18, 2015. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will review this application on February 25, 2015. If you would like to receive notice of the staff determination for this project, please notify the Community Development Department in writing. NOTE TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS: The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this project. You will receive notice of the date, time, and place of the public hearing at a later date.
