These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the <br /> maximum number of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In <br /> addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be <br /> used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> B. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on <br /> the Soil Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Before any hazardous materials/waste can be stored or used onsite, the owner/operator <br /> must report to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) which can be <br /> found at cers.calepa.ca.gov/ for the following: <br /> c Any amount of hazardous waste (e.g., used oil, waste solvent, waste gasoline, <br /> many waste paints/tints, some sandblast wastes, etc.) – Hazardous Waste <br /> Program <br /> • Every business that generates hazardous waste is required to obtain <br /> either a permanent Federal EPA ID Number (415) 495-8895 or a <br /> California ID Number (800) 618-6942. <br /> 1868 E.
