I%,, 6 . ..or <br /> CONCLUSIONS <br /> Based on the test results and the performance of the existing septic <br /> systems in the area, it is my opinion that the subject parcels are <br /> suitable for the existing and proposed future septic systems . <br /> Per San Joaquin County ordinance , the maximum depth for dry wells <br /> (pits ) is 251 • Since the depth to groundwater is 105 ' ± ,per San <br /> Joaquin County' s semi-annual groundwater report , the dry wells will <br /> be 80± feet above maximum groundwater elevation. <br /> Based on this information , the existing and future septic systems <br /> should not adversly affect the groundwater in the area . <br /> WATER WELL ANALYSIS <br /> Water tests were performed by FGL Environmental <br /> Parcel 1 .
