Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1 105.2(d) of the San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank <br /> system must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of <br /> $156.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage <br /> standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test <br /> that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or <br /> E.P.A. Design Manual for on site waste water treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $78.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel <br /> Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-11 15.7) <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division for Parcel 1 , Parcel 2 and <br /> Parcel 3 are required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1 1 10.4). <br /> % Di%i.ion of San Joaquin Counh Health fare Service. <br />
