The property is located north of Perrin Road <br /> between Manteca and Union Roads, west of Ripon in San Joaquin <br /> County, California. A plot plan and vicinity map showing the <br /> approximate location of the property is presented on Plate I of <br /> this report. <br /> Preliminary plans provided to our firm indicate that an approximate <br /> 10-acre parcel will be split off of the approximate 307-acre <br /> property. An existing residence with associated outbuildings is <br /> located on the designated remainder parcel and will remain. No <br /> structures are located on the proposed 10-acre parcel. We have <br /> assumed that construction on the 10-acre parcel would consist of <br /> one single-family residence with one septic system. Additional <br /> details of the planned construction are not known to our firm at <br /> this time. <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as <br /> described in Ordinance No. 3323 , Division 10, Chapter 2 , Section 9- <br /> 10100, Item C. Our scope of services was outlined in our proposal <br /> dated August 2 , 1991. Our services were initiated based on your <br /> written authorization of October 1, 1991. The items listed under <br /> Item C of the above ordinance are listed below, along with our <br /> responses. <br /> ITEMS C-1 AND C-4: <br /> "The intensity and extent of the existing and the proposed <br /> development on septic tanks within and around the area;" (C-1) . <br /> "The history of past uses in the project area to assess potential <br /> problems ;" (C-4) : <br /> Copyright 1991 Kleinfelder, Inc.
