DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior <br /> F to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. <br /> .Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The <br /> descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2.
