Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Division for <br /> review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and <br /> signed by a Licensed Land Surveyor or a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer licensed to practice land surveying. <br /> (Civil Engineers registered after January 1, 1982 , are <br /> not licensed to practice land surveying. ) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required on both <br /> parcels prior to recordation of the map. <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1105. 2 (b) ) <br /> b. open, pump, and backfill the septic 'tank, seepage pit <br /> or excavation under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. - (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110. 3 & 9-1110.4) <br /> C. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1115. (e) ) <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. Obtain demolition permit to remove the existing garage <br /> on the west .side of the new property line. <br />
