The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> !o/ice <br /> ➢ Agricultur.al discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain <br /> an air gap;;equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not Iess than 6 inches.
