Pezzi Road APN: 089-030-38 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Pezzi Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> Stephens Road has an existing right-of-way width of 45 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. <br /> The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed.
