Pezzi Road, Stockton APN: 089-020-52 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Pezzi Road has an existing right-of-way width of 45 feet(25 feet east of centerline) and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. For each phase of development,the Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic <br /> created by this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 2. For each phase of development,the Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for any incremental <br /> traffic created by this development.
