(Supervisorial District 4) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Vernon&Joanne Bava Family LP APPLICANT: Avanti Nut Company, INC <br /> ADDRESS: 9982 North Pezzi Road, Stockton APN: 089-202-52 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. <br /> Pezzi Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40-45 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by <br /> the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution <br /> R-00-433) <br /> 2. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application.
