Raymond Hoo, Senior Planner -2- <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> PA-07-012 (SA) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$1,502.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as Service/Commercial in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 4. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee currently is $780.00 per 1000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as Commercial. The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is $651.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building designated as Service Commercial. The fee shall be automatically increased on January t <br /> of each year through the year 2015 at the rate of 4.55 percent. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 6. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 7. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> 8. Applicant shall obtain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)permit from the San Joaquin <br /> County Storm Water Management, prior to beginning on any construction. <br /> 9. A Stormwater treatment/filteration /infilteration may be required in the future for uses specified as <br /> "Priority Projects" in the County NPDES Phase 1 Stormwater Permit. <br /> 10. All new Structures and/or substantial improvements shall be raised one(1) foot above the 100-year base <br /> flood elevation of thirty-one (3 1) feet. <br /> 11. The proposed project is permitted a sanitary sewer discharge rate of no more than 1,600 gallons per acre <br /> per day.
