PICCOLI ROAD (APN 101-180-03 & 04) PA-0700012 (SA) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers the <br /> following comment: <br /> 1 . The owner/developer should install frontage improvements on Piccoli Road, within the <br /> limits of the site, including, but not limited to, sidewalk, driveway installation, pavement <br /> widening and street lighting. Said improvements should be installed prior to occupancy of <br /> any buildings/structures on this site. Further, all off-site improvements shall conform to <br /> City of Stockton Standard Plans and Specifications. <br /> 2. To ensure appropriate access to/from the two legal parcels, as well as to provide suitable <br /> circulation for any shared on-site parking areas, the subject parcels should be merged, or <br /> should enter into a reciprocal access and parking agreement. Said agreement should be in <br /> place and should be recorded at the San Joaquin County Recorder's office prior to <br /> occupancy under the subject Use Permit. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
