My client exposed the leach line with a backhoe and Dillon & Murphy <br /> surveyed its location. Unfortunately, the owner did not have it witnessed by a <br /> County inspector. <br /> I wrote new legal descriptions based on the surveyed location of the leach line. <br /> The new lot.lines meet County setback.requirements. If this is sufficient, please notify the Surveyor's <br /> office, as this is the only item prohibiting the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment from <br /> recording.
