SA-99-02 <br /> Page 2 <br /> D. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed <br /> 2=1 for at least 60 days per year. or the number of service connections exceed four, a <br /> yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental <br /> Health Division (San Joaquin County_ Development Title 22.
