Martin <br /> 6051 E Pine Street, Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This leach <br /> field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)) <br /> b. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: Install <br /> cement surface seal around well casing to sufficiently protect well casing and integrity <br /> of well grout. <br /> d. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The material collected in the <br /> above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to <br /> disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> e. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin Counry Health tare Services �� <br />
