CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-01-83 <br /> Gomez <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No.LA-01-83 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on December 4,2001,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on June 5, 2003, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustmenthas been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> k 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jose Rubianes, 953-7509) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Tentative Map <br /> dated October26,2001. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor.(DevelopmentTitle Section 9-872.4) <br /> k <br /> 2.
