Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. 6 r A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated November 17, 2004, was deemed s incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. B. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). 6� NOTE: The Environmental Health Department has a permit (#SR0018377) dated January 13, 1965, for the installation of a septic system for a home for the church. C. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of Final Map recordation. A letter shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services either are bonded for or are in place, prior to final approval (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 1120.2). D. Written Confirmation is required from Public Works Department that improvements have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements for public sewer required by the agency. In addition, written confirmation from the Public Works Department that the agency has or will have the sewer capacity to serve the development is also required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3).
