PLYMOUTH ROAD, <br /> STOCKTON) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Major Subdivision Application to subdivide <br /> 2.91 acres into eleven (11) residential lots. <br /> The project site is located on the east side of N. Plymouth Road, approximately 120 feet north of <br /> Del Rio Drive, west of Stockton. <br /> The property has a General Plan designation of R/M (Medium Density Residential) and is zoned <br /> R-M (Medium Density Residential). <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed Major Subdivision Application No. PA- <br /> 0500055 and offers the following comments: <br /> Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0500055 is scheduled to be heard before the Planning <br /> Commission on July 7, 2005. The Community Development Department has reviewed the <br /> Major Subdivision Application and responses from other agencies, and will be recommending <br /> that the Planning Commission approve the project subject to the following conditions: <br /> Major Subdivision Application No. SU- was approved by the Planning <br /> Commission on . The effective date of approval is <br /> This tentative map approval will expire on , which is three (3) years <br /> from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with and (2) a Final Map has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements <br /> shall be complied with prior to approval of the Final Map.
