A drainage feasibility study shall be provided to the County and Reclamation District 1614 which defines system improvements required to serve the development Reclamation District 1614 shall approve the study, and any required improvement plans,prior to approval of the Final Map. 12. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and the Department of Public Works. The system shall provide adequate domestic and fire water supply in conformance to the requirements of the County Fire Warden and the local Fire District. (Development Title Section 9-1120.2) 13. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system constructed in conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and the Department of Public Works. (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) 14. Street lighting shall be provided for the subdivision at the cul-de-sac. Street lighting on Plymouth Road will need to be moved closer to the intersection. (Development Title Section 9-1150.11) 15. The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay user fees for the utility services from the time improvements are accepted by the County until the lots are placed on the County tax rolls, or up to an eighteen-month period, as the case may be. (Subdivision Map Act Section 66493) 16. Access rights shall be dedicated and restricted for lots 1 and 2 along the frontage of Plymouth Road on the Final Map. (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) 17. Offer of Dedication of ground water rights on the Final Map is required.
