A drainage feasibility study shall be provided to the County and Reclamation District 1614 which defines <br /> system improvements required to serve the development Reclamation District 1614 shall approve the <br /> study, and any required improvement plans,prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> 12. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and the Department of Public Works. <br /> The system shall provide adequate domestic and fire water supply in conformance to the requirements of <br /> the County Fire Warden and the local Fire District. (Development Title Section 9-1120.2) <br /> 13. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system constructed in <br /> conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental <br /> Services Division and the Department of Public Works. (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> 14. Street lighting shall be provided for the subdivision at the cul-de-sac. Street lighting on Plymouth Road <br /> will need to be moved closer to the intersection. (Development Title Section 9-1150.11) <br /> 15. The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay user fees for the utility services from the time improvements <br /> are accepted by the County until the lots are placed on the County tax rolls, or up to an eighteen-month <br /> period, as the case may be. (Subdivision Map Act Section 66493) <br /> 16. Access rights shall be dedicated and restricted for lots 1 and 2 along the frontage of Plymouth Road on <br /> the Final Map. (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 17.
