5.4 Indications of Solid Vaste Disposal • The general appearance of the site was good and no solid waste items were noted. 5.5 Storm Water Drainage and Flood • Storm water from this site currently remains on the site or drains into the street. There is no indication of any hazardous materials having been drained or spilled. • The site is not in a flood zone or within 250 feet of multiple flood zones. See _ Flood Zone Determination report in the appendix. 6.0 FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS Reviewing all pertinent data for the site I conclude that current and past usage of the site does not pose any environmental hazard. No further environmental studies are considered necessary. Reviewing with the state Geo Tracker database for the LUST located at 4627 Da Vinci Drive did not indicate any environmental concerns. The existing residential subdivisions are located to the north and south. An elementary school is located adjacent to the site to the east and I-5 is adjacent to the west. Based on the review of records and physical site survey the following findings are for the client's consideration and action: • Any development and construction on the site will require permits or approval from the appropriate regulatory agencies. • Evaluation of the site and records does not indicate any environmental concerns due to the surrounding area or identified sites. No additional environmental studies are warranted at this time. 7.0 CERTIFICATION AND LIMITATIONS I, M. G.
