j. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and <br /> Reclamation District 1614to provide adequate drainage for the subdivision. Hydrologic and hydraulic <br /> analyses shall be provided and demonstrate that all property, both downstream and upstream of the <br /> discharge, will not be subject to a higher flood level as a result of the proposed drainage. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135.2) <br /> k. A drainage feasibility study shall be provided to the County and Reclamation District 1624 which <br /> defines system improvements required to serve the development. Reclamation District 1614 shall <br /> approve the study, and any required improvement plans, prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> I. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the <br /> Environmental Health Department and the Department of Public Works. The system shall provide <br /> adequate domestic and fire water supply in conformance to the requirements of the County Fire <br /> Warden and the local fire district. (Development Title Section 9-1120.2) <br /> m. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system constructed in <br /> conformance with the requirements of the Environmental Health Department and the Department of <br /> Public Works. (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> n. Street lighting shall be provided for the subdivision at the cul-de-sac. Street lighting on Plymouth <br /> Road will need to be moved closer to the intersection. (Development Title Section 9-1150.11) <br /> o. The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay user fees for the utility services from the time <br /> improvements are accepted by the County until the lots are placed on the County tax rolls, or up to <br /> an 18-month period, as the case may be. (Subdivision Map Act Section 66493) <br /> p. Access rights shall be dedicated and restricted along the frontage of Plymouth Road on the Final <br /> Map. (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> q. An Offer of Dedication of ground water rights on the Final Map is required. <br /> r. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects, prior to approval of the <br /> Final Map. <br /> NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one acre of soil shall require a <br /> State NPDES construction permit. <br /> 5.
