Review by the Community Development Department is limited to General Plan conformity. Review by the Public Works Department is limited to participation in an Area of Benefit and Community Facilities District 90-1. The following information is provided as a result of that review. The proposed use conforms to the City's General Plan. The subject parcel does not lie within an Area of Benefit or a Community Facilities District. The owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved in the extension of any sewer mains or laterals to serve this project in accordance with City standards. This may include the extension of the sewer main across the entire frontage of the applicant's property. LAFCO review may be required prior to any main line extension. The property owner will be required to sign a conditional utility service agreement for future annexation to the City of Stockton. The subject parcel is located within the City of Stockton's Collection System No. 3. There is sufficient capacity is available to serve the proposed project at this time. Please contact San Joaquin County Public Works Department regarding the point of connection. All connections to City maintained utilities require an encroachment permit from the City's Public Works Department.
