The following information is provided as a result of that <br /> review. <br /> The proposed use conforms to the City's General Plan. <br /> The subject parcel does not lie within an Area of Benefit or a Community Facilities District. <br /> The owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved in the extension of any sewer <br /> mains or laterals to serve this project in accordance with City standards. This may include the <br /> extension of the sewer main across the entire frontage of the applicant's property. LAFCO <br /> review may be required prior to any main line extension. <br /> The property owner will be required to sign a conditional utility service agreement for future <br /> annexation to the City of Stockton. <br /> The subject parcel is located within the City of Stockton's Collection System No. 3. There is <br /> sufficient capacity is available to serve the proposed project at this time. Please contact San <br /> Joaquin County Public Works Department regarding the point of connection. <br /> All connections to City maintained utilities require an encroachment permit from the City's Public <br /> Works Department. <br /> Because the project is located in a County area, County permits for work done in the street <br /> right-of-way will be required. <br /> Stockton <br /> au-nn*;ca c;cy <br /> 'IIII' <br />
