Water System <br /> Development Title Section 9-1120.3 (a) states that subdivisions in an urban community with <br /> parcels less than two (2) acres shall be served by a public water system. California Water <br /> Service provides water service to the area. A "will-serve" letter has been provided by California <br /> Water Service verifying these services are available. <br /> Storm Drainage <br /> A public stormwater drainage system with terminal drainage is required within an urban <br /> community to subdivide the parcel into twenty-three (23) condominium lots. The applicant has <br /> provided the required will-serve letter from Reclamation District 1614 to connect to the District's <br /> terminal drainage pump station, Plymouth Road Pump Station No. 9. <br /> Road Name <br /> Plymouth Oaks Court is the recorded road name for Major Subdivision Application PA-0500055. <br /> If a new road name is proposed, then the applicant will be subject to the road name standards <br /> stated in Development Title Section 9-1150.18. <br /> Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0600432 is scheduled to be heard before the Planning <br /> Commission on September 21, 2006.
