Water System Development Title Section 9-1120.3 (a) states that subdivisions in an urban community with parcels less than two (2) acres shall be served by a public water system. California Water Service provides water service to the area. A "will-serve" letter has been provided by California Water Service verifying these services are available. Storm Drainage A public stormwater drainage system with terminal drainage is required within an urban community to subdivide the parcel into twenty-three (23) condominium lots. The applicant has provided the required will-serve letter from Reclamation District 1614 to connect to the District's terminal drainage pump station, Plymouth Road Pump Station No. 9. Road Name Plymouth Oaks Court is the recorded road name for Major Subdivision Application PA-0500055. If a new road name is proposed, then the applicant will be subject to the road name standards stated in Development Title Section 9-1150.18.
